Coesfeld and Recklinghausen set speed‑camera patrols for late June

The Kreis (district) of Coesfeld in Germany will carry out speed‑control operations from 29 June to 5 July 2026. Fixed speed cameras will be positioned at locations including Billerbeck (Baumgarten), Nordkirchen (Bahnhofstraße), Coesfeld (K 54), Nottuln (K 18), Senden (L 884) and Dülmen (L 600). The district notes that placements may change for organisational reasons and that additional cameras could be added.

Recklinghausen city will similarly operate mobile radar units from 29 June to 3 July 2026. Planned measurement sites cover a range of streets such as Quellberg, Dortmunder Straße, Ehlingstraße, Buddestraße, Dorstener Straße, Am Grünen Platz, Bergknappenstraße, Am Waldschlößchen, and Bockholter Straße, among others. The municipality states that the locations are published to meet a state regulation requiring transparency, while unannounced checks may also occur.
