Coesvi announces housing credit discounts in Ciudad Juárez

The State Commission for Housing, Land, and Infrastructure (Coesvi) has launched a special discount program to assist low-income families in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, with the settlement of housing and lot credits.

According to Coesvi head Óscar Lozoya Granados, the program will remain active until the end of the year. The initiative offers a 30% discount on the settlement of overdue credits and a 40% reduction for early payments on accounts currently up to date. In special cases involving construction materials and residential lot acquisitions, discounts of up to 50% are available.

The measures apply to various housing complexes and urban sectors, including Águilas de Zaragoza, El Mezquital, Morelos I, II, and III, Los Ojitos, Héroes de la Revolución, Terrenos Nacionales, Praderas del Sauzal, Dunas, and Sicomoro del Norte.
