Coffee Island reports increased turnover and lower profits for 2025

Coffee Island has denied rumors regarding a potential sale of the company, clarifying that recent legal developments involving founder and major shareholder Vangelis Liolis pertain exclusively to his personal activities in the sports sector and are unrelated to the company’s business operations.

The parent company, Saplai Unique SA, reported a turnover of 40.45 million euros for 2025, representing a 13.12% increase compared to 2024. This growth is attributed to the expansion of sales channels, including organized retail and the HORECA sector, alongside the existing franchise network.

Despite the revenue growth, profitability saw a decline. Pre-tax profits fell by 28.1% and net results decreased by 28.5% compared to 2024. The company stated that it absorbed a significant portion of rising raw material costs to support customers, partners, and consumers.

In 2025, the company completed a 2.77 million euro investment project aimed at upgrading production infrastructure, introducing automation, and enhancing quality assurance to meet growing demand.
