Cofiroute selects TomTom Traffic for motorway operations

Cofiroute, a division of VINCI Autoroutes and a major French motorway operator, has selected TomTom Traffic to improve real-time traffic operations and driver information across its motorway network.

Using TomTom Route Monitoring, Cofiroute will monitor traffic conditions and support incident management. The technology allows the operator to provide timely updates to drivers via variable message sign (VMS) boards, websites, mobile applications, and other public communication channels. The solution is designed to track traffic in real time across specific routes or designated areas, enabling faster operational decision-making and more effective communication with road users.
