Coforge expands Pega partnership and launches AI adoption framework

Coforge has announced two major initiatives aimed at accelerating enterprise artificial intelligence adoption. First, the company has expanded its strategic partnership with Pegasystems Inc. to combine Pega’s AI and workflow platform with Coforge’s consulting, engineering, and managed services. This expanded agreement allows Coforge to package and commercially deliver Pega-powered offerings, intended to help enterprises modernize legacy systems and scale AI-led transformation programs globally.

Additionally, Coforge has launched an AI adoption framework designed to help organizations overcome operational challenges associated with scaling agentic software development. The framework addresses barriers such as workforce readiness, governance, and resistance to new workflows. By utilizing change-management models like Kotter’s and Prosci’s ADKAR, the framework aims to help companies transition AI-powered coding assistants and autonomous tools from initial pilots into broader, measurable enterprise transformations.
