Cohen & Steers and Trademark acquire Oak Hill Plaza in Austin

Cohen & Steers and Trademark Property Company have completed a joint venture acquisition of Oak Hill Plaza, a 116,000-square-foot shopping center located in Austin, Texas. The property is situated at the intersection of US-290 and State Highway 71 in a high-growth, affluent area of southwest Austin.

The acquisition follows the completion of the $674 million Oak Hill Parkway Project by the Texas Department of Transportation. This decade-long infrastructure initiative is expected to improve regional mobility and visibility for the center, which was previously impacted by construction.

Oak Hill Plaza is currently 92.5% occupied by tenants including Wells Fargo, Dollar Tree, AutoZone, Pluckers, and The Picklr. Trademark Property Company will manage and lease the asset, with plans to upgrade the property and enhance the tenant mix to include more local and regional retailers and restaurants.
