Cohesity launches Agent Resilience to protect AI infrastructure

Cohesity has launched Cohesity Agent Resilience, a new feature of the Cohesity Data Cloud designed to capture, protect, and restore infrastructure for enterprise AI agents. The tool is currently available to select customers, with a general release expected by the end of 2026.

The service initially supports Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and Amazon Bedrock Agents, with plans to integrate Microsoft and Google agent platforms in the future. Cohesity also introduced a vision for Autonomous Cyber Resilience, which utilizes agent-based workflows to automate a five-step framework: protecting data, identities, applications, and agents; ensuring recoverability; remediating cyber and AI threats; practicing application recovery; and reducing data and AI risks.

To support this transition, the company established the Cohesity AI Resilience Academy, offering a free course titled ‘Foundations of AI Resilience with Cohesity’ to help organizations manage risks as AI systems move toward autonomous action. This development follows projections from Gartner that task-specific agents will be integrated into up to 40% of enterprise applications by 2026.
