Coinbase has introduced prediction market contracts linked to the closing value of the S&P 500. These contracts allow participants to trade based on specific index value ranges, with settlement determined by official end-of-day figures. The market utilizes the Kalshi Rulebook to establish settlement conditions and reference sources.

Simultaneously, Outpoll has launched an integrated perpetual futures venue within its prediction market ecosystem. This update allows users to manage prediction markets and futures trading through a single, unified account balance. The platform supports trading across three main asset groups: cryptocurrencies, stocks and indices (such as AAPL and SPX500), and commodities, offering leverage of up to 100x on perpetual contracts.
