Cold Stone Creamery named top U.S. ice cream shop in 2026 report

Cold Stone Creamery has been named the top-ranked coffee and ice cream shop in the United States according to the YouGov Best Bites 2026 report. Based on an analysis of over 35,000 consumer responses, approximately 22% of respondents identified Cold Stone as their favorite ice cream chain.

Other major brands followed in the rankings, with Baskin-Robbins at 16.7% and Dairy Queen at 16.2%. Culver's secured sixth place with 6.1%. While Cold Stone led in popularity, the report noted that the brand ranked second for quality behind Krispy Kreme, but placed eighth out of ten for value, trailing brands like Culver's and Baskin-Robbins in that category.
