Coldiretti launches Farmcraft to teach nutrition via Minecraft

Coldiretti has launched Farmcraft, a new educational project designed to teach children about healthy and conscious eating through the world of Minecraft. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between digital entertainment and real-world nutrition for children aged 8 to 14.

Through the game, participants can engage in missions such as managing a farm, following seasonal rhythms, discovering biodiversity, and learning to read food labels. The project also covers topics like the Mediterranean Diet, sustainability, and the relationship between nutrition and physical activity. The initiative was presented during the International Forum of Agriculture and Food.
