Cole Hauser says Dutton Ranch will deepen Rip’s story in Season 2

He said the first season built the world, and now the audience knows the characters, allowing the series to explore Rip’s quieter, more vulnerable side, especially in scenes with Kelly Reilly’s character Beth.

Hauser noted a new showrunner is joining the project, and before filming begins he plans to meet the new lead to discuss ideas.
