Cole Palmer receives Twitch ban after EA FC 27 livestream

Chelsea and England midfielder Cole Palmer has received a temporary suspension from Twitch following a livestream of EA FC 27. The broadcast, which featured Palmer opening Ultimate Team packs, reportedly occurred before the game's official release window.

During the stream, the official EA Sports account engaged with the broadcast, jokingly noting the early timing. Palmer addressed the situation on social media, posting an Instagram story that read, “I was only giving the people what they wanted… unban me pls.” He also indicated on social media that he would return soon.

In addition to the streaming incident, Palmer expressed disappointment regarding his in-game player rating, which has reportedly dropped from 87 to 85 in the upcoming title.
