Colima Governor distributes laptops to students

Colima Governor Indira Vizcaíno Silva has distributed thousands of free laptops to students through the ColiBecas Computadoras program. In Villa de Álvarez, 1,190 high-quality laptops were delivered to students at the Tecnológico Nacional de México, campus Colima. This marks the first generation of higher education students to receive a second computer from the state government, following a previous distribution to middle school students in 2022.

Additionally, 1,805 laptops were provided to public secondary school students, including those from the Conafe system and the regular school system. The Governor emphasized that these technological tools are funded by public taxes and urged students to care for them as essential resources for their academic development and future professional success.
