Colin Lane cast as Santa in Melbourne's Elf The Musical

Colin Lane has been cast in the dual roles of Santa and Mr Greenway for the Melbourne premiere of ‘Elf The Musical’ at Crown Live. Lane, known for his work in the comedy duo Lano and Woodley, will perform in the production starting 27 November.

Gareth Isaac will reprise the lead role of Buddy following the show’s Australian premiere at the Sydney Opera House. The cast also includes Brianna Bishop as Jovie, Adam Murphy as Walter Hobbs, Katrina Retallick as Emily, and Ryan Yeates as Michael.

Based on the 2003 film, the musical follows Buddy, a human raised as an elf at the North Pole, as he travels to New York City to find his biological father. The production features music by Matthew Sklar and Chad Beguelin.
