College basketball home openers scheduled for NJIT and Siena

NJIT Men’s Basketball is set to host Saint Peter’s for its 2026-27 home opener on Sunday at the Joel & Diane Bloom Wellness and Events Center in Newark. The Highlanders enter the matchup following a 72-49 loss to Iona in the America East-Metro Challenge.

Siena University will host Princeton in its regular season home opener at the MVP Arena in Albany. The event features a doubleheader, with the Siena women’s team playing Binghamton following the men’s game.
