College field hockey tournament results: Ursinus and River Hawks advance

In Centennial Conference tournament action, the third-seeded Ursinus College defeated the sixth-seeded Dickinson Devils 3-1 in the first round. Ursinus established a 3-0 lead by halftime with goals from Marie Brainard and Katie Studzinski. Although Megan McClure scored for Dickinson in the third quarter following an assist from Alex Hackett, Ursinus maintained control through the fourth quarter to end Dickinson's season.

In the Landmark Conference semifinals, the Susquehanna River Hawks defeated the Catholic University of America Cardinals 3-2 in double overtime. Susquehanna took an early 2-0 lead through goals by Jada Thompson and Kiara Koeller. Catholic University mounted a comeback in the final ten minutes with goals from Bella Reyes and Tess Hake to force overtime, but the River Hawks ultimately secured the victory.
