College football teams Clemson and LSU continue fall camp practices

College football programs Clemson and LSU continued their fall camp practices under intense heat.

At Clemson, players focused on situational drills and physicality at the point of attack. Lineman Collin Sadler noted that the team is working across multiple positions, including right tackle and right guard, to ensure depth. Players reported a higher level of intensity in camp compared to previous years, driven by a desire to improve on last season's performance.

LSU's practice saw several absences, including running back Harlem Berry, wide receiver Malik Elzy, defensive tackle Malik Blocton, and defensive end Jordan Ross. Head coach Lane Kiffin stated that the players missing practice should be fine. Additionally, quarterback Sam Leavitt appeared to struggle with timing and fatigue during the session.
