College of Magic hosts annual junior contest in Cape Town

The College of Magic in Cape Town, Africa's only school for young stage magicians and illusionists, recently held its annual junior magic contest. The event featured students aged 10 to 18 performing various illusions, such as vanishing objects and conjuring sweets, for audiences of parents and children.

The school, located in a Victorian mansion, provides training in various disciplines including sleight of hand, juggling, and unicycling. Students participate in international competitions, with the institution housing numerous trophies earned by its pupils.
