College soccer results: Lehigh and Yale secure shutouts

In recent men's college soccer action, Lehigh University and Yale University both recorded shutout performances.

Lehigh played to a 0-0 draw against the Columbia Lions. The result marked the fifth consecutive shutout for the Mountain Hawks. Despite being outshot 7-2 in the first half, Lehigh improved their offensive pressure in the second half, outshooting Columbia 9-8. Goalkeeper Anton Kinnunen recorded four saves, including a critical stop in the 89th minute to preserve the scoreless tie.

Yale secured a 2-0 victory over New Haven at Reese Stadium. First-year players David Leidl and Dijon Fosu each scored goals to lead the Bulldogs. Leidl opened the scoring in the 37th minute with a header, followed by Fosu's header in the 52nd minute. Yale goalkeeper Josh Linebaugh earned his second shutout of the season, helping the team improve to a 2-5 overall record.
