College volleyball teams announce 2026 preseason exhibition schedules

Collegiate volleyball programs at the University of Dayton and Western Kentucky University have announced their preseason exhibition schedules for the 2026 season.

The University of Dayton volleyball team will play its first exhibition match on August 14 against No. 3 Kentucky. This will be followed by an intersquad scrimmage at the Frericks Center on August 21. The Flyers, led by Atlantic 10 Player of the Year Kamryn Hunt, are scheduled to begin their regular season with the Flyer Invitational on August 28.

Western Kentucky University (WKU) will travel to Louisville to face Bellarmine in an exhibition match on August 14. The Hilltoppers, returning 10 players from their 2025 championship squad, will host IU Indy on August 19 and hold a Red/White Scrimmage on August 22.
