College women's soccer teams prepare for final regular season road matches
Several top-tier women's college soccer programs are entering the final stretch of their regular seasons with critical road matchups scheduled.
No. 12 Louisville is set to travel to Charlottesville to face No. 19 Virginia on October 29. The Cardinals enter the contest with a 10-1-2 record and a 13-match unbeaten road streak. Despite their recent success, including a 6-1 victory over Syracuse, Louisville has never defeated Virginia in 13 previous meetings, holding an all-time record of 0-11-2 against the Cavaliers.
UCF women's soccer will travel to Manhattan, Kansas, to face Kansas State. The Knights, holding a 10-4-1 record, are playing for a top-eight finish in the Big 12 standings. A win or a draw in this matchup would secure their qualification for the 2026 Big 12 Women’s Soccer Tournament in Mansfield, Texas.
