Collegiate cross country teams compete in Gettysburg meets

Various collegiate cross country teams competed in high-level meets held in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

At the Mid-Penn Conference Cross Country Championships, the Mifflin County boys' team placed fifth in a 25-team field. Top performers for the Huskies included Hoyt Rodenbaugh, who finished fourth, and Wyatt Kauffman, who finished eighth. State College secured the team title, with Luke Bradbury winning the individual race.

At the Shenk Invitational, St. Mary’s College of Maryland faced a large field of over 40 teams. The Seahawk women placed 30th out of 46, led by Ella Mitchell, while the men finished 29th out of 44. In the women’s division, Johns Hopkins took the team title, while Shippensburg won the men’s team title.
