Several collegiate men's golf teams opened their 2026-27 seasons with recent tournament performances in North America.

At the Canadian Collegiate Invitational in Foot's Bay, Ontario, the Kent State Golden Flashes tied for 12th place out of 13 teams with a final score of +61. Christoffer Leuenhagen led the Golden Flashes individually with a +4 score. The New Mexico Lobos won the tournament with a team score of -5, led by individual winner Johnnie Clark.
