Collegiate QSO Party scheduled for October 3–4, 2026

The 2026 Collegiate QSO Party is scheduled to take place from 0000 UTC on October 3 through 2359 UTC on October 4. During this event, students, faculty, staff, and alumni from various colleges and universities will operate radio stations using their institution's call sign.

Participants can use CW, phone, and digital modes on various bands, excluding 12, 17, 30, and 60 meters. The exchange involves call signs, signal reports, and locations such as US states, Canadian provinces, or DX. Points are awarded based on the modes and bands utilized.

Many participating schools are ARRL Affiliated Clubs, meaning contacts can contribute toward the ARRL America250 Worked All States Award if uploaded to the Logbook of The World. Registered institutions include Carnegie Mellon University, Cornell University, Indiana University, Michigan State University, New York University, The Ohio State University, and several others.
