Collegiate soccer updates: UT Tyler and Tarleton State prepare for upcoming matches

Collegiate soccer programs are preparing for upcoming matches in September. The University of Texas at Tyler men's soccer team enters their next fixtures with a 2-0-2 record. Recent highlights include a 3-0 victory over Colorado School of Mines, which marked head coach Kenny Jones' 250th career win, and a 2-2 draw against Colorado Christian.

Tarleton State University's women's soccer team is scheduled to host Texas Southern at the Tarleton State Soccer Complex. The Texans, currently holding a 1-2-5 record, will host a Greek Life Night event. Tarleton State's Jessica Baires currently leads the UAC in assists with six on the season.
