Collegiate volleyball players receive weekly conference honors

Several collegiate volleyball players have received weekly conference honors. In the Pac-12, Oregon State University's AC Froehlich was named Offensive Player of the Week after recording 44 kills, including a career-high 18 in a victory over Utah Valley. Jackie Matias was named Setter of the Week for the Beavers, recording 110 assists across three matches.

In the West Coast Conference (WCC), University of Portland freshman Kala Chock was named Freshman of the Week. Chock recorded 30 kills in her first two games, leading her team in kills and ranking first among WCC freshmen. The Pilots began their season with a 2-0 record, securing wins against Portland State and Nevada.
