Collegiate women's soccer teams prepare for upcoming seasons

The University of Windsor Lancers women's soccer team is preparing for the 2026 season following a 6-4-2 record in 2025. The team aims to secure a top position in the OUA West division. Key returning players include goalkeeper Izzy Barrette, who recorded a .809 save percentage last season, and midfielder Olivia Corazzare. Upcoming notable matchups include games against York, Laurier, and Guelph.

Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) women's soccer is also entering a new season after a 14-2-4 campaign in 2025. Despite losing nine seniors, including several captains, the Spartans have integrated 10 new players, consisting of eight first-years and two graduate students. Head coach Alyssa Johnson noted that the team is focused on developing new leadership to pursue a national title.
