Collegiate women's soccer teams secure shutout victories
Several collegiate women's soccer teams secured decisive victories on Wednesday.
Texas Woman's University earned its third consecutive road win by defeating Southern Nazarene 3-0. Concepcion Maya scored her first career goal in the eighth minute, followed by goals from Gianna Antovoni and Alexandra Hughes.
Washburn University shut out Drury 3-0 at home. Leah Henke scored twice, including a goal in the 52nd minute and another shortly after an own goal, bringing her total to four goals for the season.
