Collegiate women's volleyball: Buffalo State and Kent State suffer straight-set losses

In recent collegiate women's volleyball action, both Buffalo State and Kent State suffered straight-set losses in road contests.

Buffalo State fell to Brockport 3-0 (20-25, 25-27, 22-25) at the Jim and John Vlogianitis Gym. Ella Wittman led the Bengals with 12 kills and nine digs, while Alex Arroyo recorded 14 assists. Brockport moves to a 6-3 record.

Kent State lost its first Mid-American Conference road match against Buffalo, falling 3-0 (21-25, 16-25, 24-26). Mercedez Brown recorded 10 kills and 11 digs for the Golden Flashes. Kent State currently holds a 6-7 record.
