Collesalvetti receives school funding and new medical facility
The municipality of Collesalvetti has received a 10,000 euro contribution from Fondazione Livorno to reduce costs for school services. This funding is specifically intended for children aged 3 to 10 from families facing socio-economic difficulties, covering expenses for school meals and transportation.
Separately, the Pubblica Assistenza of Collesalvetti is moving to a new 530-square-meter facility on via Europa. The new headquarters, scheduled for inauguration on October 10, will include nine specialist clinics, an integrated blood collection center, the local AVIS headquarters, and a multipurpose hall. The facility will host various specialists, including orthopedists, physiotherapists, and psychologists, while maintaining a 24-hour nursing station.
