Collins Aerospace launches paid training program in Podkarpacie

Collins Aerospace, a subsidiary of RTX, has launched a recruitment drive for a three-month paid training program in the Podkarpacie region of Poland. The initiative is designed to train future computer numerical control (CNC) machine operators.

Participants will gain practical experience in the production of aerospace components and will receive compensation during both the training and internship periods. The program aims to equip individuals with specialized skills in operating advanced machinery, such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drills, while maintaining strict quality control and documentation standards.

Top graduates from the program may be offered permanent employment as CNC operators. The company stated that this investment is intended to support the development of local workers and the future of the Polish aerospace industry.
