Collinson Group launches £500 million investment for Priority Pass

Collinson Group has launched a five-year, £500 million (US$669.7 million) investment programme to enhance its travel services and digital infrastructure. The initiative is being accelerated by a new £350 million financing facility.

A primary focus of the investment is the expansion of the global airport lounge network through sister company Airport Dimensions. This expansion aims to meet rising demand as global air passenger traffic is projected to nearly double to 19 billion annual journeys by 2045. Priority Pass has already surpassed 1,900 lounges and travel experiences worldwide.

Technological advancements are also central to the plan. The group is developing an enterprise-level technology platform utilizing modern data and artificial intelligence architecture. This includes the global rollout of the Priority Pass+ app, which is designed to provide a more connected digital ecosystem and personalized travel experiences through AI-driven capabilities.
