Cologne Comedy Festival announces new programming and special events

The Cologne Comedy Festival is expanding its programming with new events and specialized segments. On November 2, 2026, the news format FunFacts will host a special at the Tanzbrunnen in Cologne. The event features a live recording of a FunFacts news broadcast hosted by the brasspop band Querbeat, alongside performances by artists including Dr. Pop, Liser, Abdul Kader Chahin, and Sebastian 23.

Additionally, the festival is introducing the Cologne Comedy Festival Kids, a new entertainment program designed for families. As part of this initiative, an exclusive preview of the family film ‘Das Geheimnis der gestohlenen Maske’ will take place on October 25 at Cinedom in Cologne. The preview will include appearances by director Nancy Mac Granaky-Quaye, actress Marina Blanke, and producer Eva Franz for a post-screening discussion and autograph session.
