Colombia hosts major cultural fairs in Tunja and Bogotá

Colombia is hosting two major cultural and commercial events in October. In Tunja, the third edition of the CosechArte fair is taking place at the Parque de Eventos near the La Independencia stadium. Running until October 12, the event features 95 entrepreneurs and showcases Boyacá's regional production, including gastronomy, handicrafts, emeralds, and coffee. New attractions for this edition include Panaca animals and the Gondava dinosaur experience.

Simultaneously, Bogotá is hosting the 17th edition of the Salón del Ocio y la Fantasía (SOFA) at Corferias from October 8 to 12. Under the theme ‘El reflejo del dragón’, the event expects approximately 185,000 visitors interested in anime, video games, K-pop, and cosplay. New features include an Urban Art Pavilion, a Cosplay Clinic, and a Cosplay Museum. The event also hosts a Cosplay World Championship, where winners may travel to Japan.
