Colombia to face Paraguay in international friendly in New Jersey

The Colombia national football team is scheduled to face Paraguay in an international friendly match on Friday, October 2, at the Sports Illustrated Stadium in New Jersey, United States. Managed by Néstor Lorenzo, the squad is undergoing a period of renewal; notably, key players James Rodríguez and Luis Díaz are not included in the 26-man call-up.

Colombia enters the match following a 1-1 draw against Mexico on September 26. Paraguay, led by Argentina's Gustavo Alfaro, arrives after a 2-0 victory over Bolivia, with Miguel Almirón scoring both goals.
