Colombian authorities have launched a major offensive against the Autodefensas Conquistadoras de la Sierra Nevada (ACSN), also known as ‘Los Pachenca’. President Abelardo De La Espriella announced that six simultaneous raids in Santa Marta and Ciénaga resulted in the capture of 13 alleged members of the criminal organization. Among those detained is Yolima Murgas Guzmán, alias ‘Yolima’, the partner of the group's primary leader, Fredy Castillo Carrillo, alias ‘Pinocho’.

During the operations, security forces seized narcotics, ammunition, mobile devices, extortion pamphlets, over 29 million pesos in cash, and a bank card registered to alias ‘Pinocho’. In a separate action titled ‘Operation Kratos’, involving the DEA and Colombian authorities, four individuals wanted for extradition to the United States were captured in Santa Marta and Barranquilla.

Investigations revealed that the ACSN maintains an alliance with the Sinaloa Cartel through an intermediary known as alias ‘Flash’ or ‘Comando 200’, with an estimated monthly cocaine shipment capacity of over two tons. Intelligence suggests that alias ‘Pinocho’ is currently attempting to flee toward the Venezuelan border, prompting increased military presence in the La Guajira region.
