Colombian band Bonka slated for Festival Cordillera 2026

Bonka, the iconic tropipop group from Bogotá, is returning to major stages as part of its 20‑year reunion. The five‑member band, formed in the early 2000s, earned a platinum record with their debut album in 2006 and has toured the United States, Ecuador, Peru, Costa Rica, Argentina and Venezuela. After a historic double‑night concert at Bogotá’s Movistar Arena in December 2025 that sold out in record time, Bonka has been added to the lineup of the fifth edition of Festival Cordillera, which showcases leading Colombian musical acts in 2026.

The festival will feature a range of Colombian artists, marking a new chapter for the country’s contemporary music scene and connecting the band’s legacy with new audiences.
