Colombian Cyclist Removed from Poland's A1 Highway

On 23 July 2026, a 39‑year‑old Colombian citizen rode his bicycle onto the A1 highway near Łódź, unaware that cyclists are prohibited on motorways. Police officers from the Piotrkówek Trybunalski municipal command were dispatched, located the rider, and escorted him and his bike back to his residence.
