Popular al Parque Bogotá music festival Neiva Trans Bambuco Colombian cultural events inclusion

The third edition of Popular al Parque took place on 6–7 June 2026 in Bogotá’s Simón Bolívar Metropolitan Park. Organized by Idartes and La Kalle, the free two‑day music festival featured more than 16 groups, including Colombian stars such as Marbelle and international acts like Los Tucanes de Tijuana, drawing thousands of attendees and highlighting genres from regional Mexican to carrilera.

In Neiva, the Festival Popular y Señorita Neiva Trans del Bambuco 2026 was held at the Assembly of Huila. The event crowned Shanell Lucía Ángel Sandoval as Señorita Neiva Trans del Bambuco and Juliana Ángel Pérez as Reina Popular Trans del Bambuco, emphasizing inclusion and diversity within the city’s folkloric celebrations.
