Colombian regional governors announce cabinet reshuffles

Regional governments in Colombia are undergoing administrative changes. In Boyacá, Governor Carlos Amaya announced a restructuring of his cabinet involving the departure of six officials. In Cauca, Sor Inés Larrahondo Carabalí has stepped down from her position as Secretary of Education and Culture after more than two years in the role. Governor Jorge Octavio Guzmán Gutiérrez has temporarily assigned Wanner Darío Montilla Suárez to lead the department while a permanent replacement is determined. The departure occurs amid political speculation regarding tensions between the current governor and former governor Elías Larrahondo Carabalí, though no official reason for the exit has been provided.
