Colorado Buffaloes players see rising NFL Draft stocks amid losing streak

Despite a three-game losing streak and a 2-3 record entering their bye week, several Colorado Buffaloes players are seeing their NFL Draft prospects improve due to strong individual performances.

Defensive lineman Santana Hopper has emerged as a standout, notably recording five tackles for loss against Texas Tech. He currently leads the team in quarterback pressures and has been recognized as a high-graded defensive player. Edge rusher Lamont Lester Jr. also leads the team in sacks with four, despite missing recent time due to an ankle injury.

On the offensive side, wide receiver Joseph Williams has become a primary weapon, leading the team in targets and ranking highly in the Big 12 for receptions, receiving yards, and touchdowns.
