Giants rout Blue Jays 10-1 as Ramos hits two homers
The San Francisco Giants defeated the Toronto Blue Jays 10-1 on Monday, July 6, 2026, at Oracle Park. Heliot Ramos homered twice and drove in five runs, including a three‑run blast in the sixth and a two‑run shot in the eighth. Victor Bericoto added a two‑run double, and the Giants scored on a double play, an error and a double‑steal.
Landen Roupp earned his first win in more than two months, pitching a career‑high eight innings, allowing three hits, two walks and striking out five. Kevin Gausman started for Toronto, giving up seven runs (four earned) on five hits in 5 1⁄3 innings. Kazuma Okamoto hit his 20th home run for the Blue Jays, ending their 29‑inning scoreless streak.
The victory moved the Giants to 38‑52, fourth in the NL West, while the Blue Jays fell to 42‑49, third in the AL East. The series continues with the Giants set to start Trevor McDonald the following night.
