Columbia, South Carolina, sees growth in BullStreet District

Columbia, South Carolina, is experiencing significant development, particularly within the BullStreet District, an ongoing 181-acre mixed-use project. The area is attracting both corporate interest and tourism, positioning the city as an emerging destination for meetings and events.

Luck Companies has established a new 3,400-square-foot regional office within the BullStreet District to support its operations across South Carolina and the Southeast. This move follows broader economic momentum in the region, which includes investments from companies such as Amazon and Scout Motors.

Infrastructure improvements and new amenities are also driving growth. These include the expansion of air services at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport, the development of the Gather COLA open-air food hall, and the presence of the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. The BullStreet District specifically features Segra Park, the Landry Building, and the Central Energy Building, with a new boutique hotel expected next year.
