Columbus area welcomes two new bakery openings

French‑Asian chain TOUS les JOURS announced plans to open its third Central Ohio bakery in Powell, slated for fall 2026 at 10726 Sawmill Parkway, Suite 102. The outlet will serve the brand’s French‑inspired pastries such as mango croissant, milk‑cream red bean bread, purple sweet potato loaf and yuzu pie, joining existing locations in Columbus and Dublin.

European‑inspired patisserie Bloom is under construction in Highside Market, Columbus, and is expected to open around Labor Day weekend. Owner Ritesh Mali said, “Columbus is a nice town very rooted in community… When we went to Europe, we noticed the concept of having pastries and cakes with wine and champagne was very normal, but we felt like that was uncharted territory here.” Bloom will offer French and Italian pastries, wine, champagne, and an afternoon tea program, aiming to become a daily gathering spot for locals.
