Com2uS Platform unveils Hive Axyl AI game backend in Tokyo

Com2uS Platform, a subsidiary of Com2uS Holdings, has introduced Hive Axyl, a next-generation backend platform specialized for AI-driven game development. The announcement was made in Tokyo during the finals of the ‘Tokyo AI (TAI) | OpenAI: 100-Hour Game Builder Challenge’.

Hive Axyl is designed to streamline the transition from game development to live service operations. By supporting OpenAI’s Codex plugin, the platform allows developers to use natural language prompts to manage complex backend tasks, including authentication, payments, data analysis, and server settings. This integration aims to reduce the technical burden on developers, allowing them to focus more on content creation.

The platform is scheduled for official release on the 30th. Following the launch, developers will be able to install the Codex plugin via guides provided on the developer website. Com2uS Platform intends to continue expanding AI capabilities—such as data analysis, multilingual translation, and security—within its existing backend infrastructure to lower the barriers to building and managing game services.
