Comandău man arrested for continuous sexual assault of a minor

A 40-year-old man from Comandău has been placed in preventive arrest for 30 days following accusations of continuous sexual assault against a 15-year-old girl. The decision was issued by the Târgu Secuiesc Court following a proposal from prosecutors.

The suspect, identified by the initials F. S. A., had reportedly been released from prison in July 2026 after serving a sentence for a similar crime. Prosecutors stated the incidents occurred between late July and August 2026 in an annex near the man's residence.

In a related matter in the same region, a 46-year-old man was also previously placed under preventive arrest for the sexual assault of a 15-year-old stepdaughter.
