Comarch partners on ‘RzeczpospolitAI’ book regarding Poland's AI market

Comarch has partnered on the publication of ‘RzeczpospolitAI’, a new book by Artur Kurasiński and Krzysztof Domaradzki that explores the direction of the artificial intelligence market in Poland. The book features insights from seventeen contributors, including researchers, policymakers, and technology founders.

Łukasz Bolikowski, Chief AI Officer at Comarch, is among the featured voices. Bolikowski emphasizes that successful AI transformation is a people-and-process initiative rather than a purely technological one. He argues that organizations should first identify business processes and employee roles before selecting specific tools, noting that effective implementation requires close cooperation between technology and business experts.
