Comboios de Portugal offers up to 80% discount on Alfa Pendular trains

Comboios de Portugal (CP) has launched a promotional campaign for its Alfa Pendular high-speed train service, offering discounts of up to 80% for travel throughout October. The promotion is valid for trips taken between October 8 and October 28.

To benefit from these rates, tickets must be purchased between September 29 and October 19. While the campaign is available via the official website, app, and physical sales points, the deepest discounts require booking at least 10 days in advance. The offer applies to both Comfort and Tourist classes but is subject to the availability of specific promotional seats on each train.

Key routes include discounted travel between Lisbon and Porto, Lisbon and Coimbra, Lisbon and Faro, and Porto and Faro. For example, a Tourist class ticket from Lisbon to Porto can be purchased for 7.50€, compared to the standard price of 35.70€. The promotion cannot be combined with other existing discounts or round-trip offers.
