Comeback Kid announces eighth studio album ‘Chosen Hell’

Canadian hardcore band Comeback Kid has announced their eighth studio album, titled ‘Chosen Hell’, scheduled for release on November 6. The album will be distributed via SharpTone Records in the United States and Dine Alone Records in Canada.

Produced by Will Putney at Graphic Nature Audio in New Jersey, the 11-track LP features a collaborative writing process and incorporates elements of modern metal, punk, and melodic hardcore. The album includes guest appearances from Courtney LaPlante of Spiritbox on the track ‘Shedding Season’ and Brendan Garrone of Incendiary on ‘Yesterday’s Gone’.

Vocalist Andrew Neufeld stated that the title track explores themes of morality, ethics, and the human capacity to make conscious choices, even when they are detrimental to personal well-being. The band has also released a music video for the title track and announced a fall tour with dates across the United States.
