Comedian Bastián Paz reappears in wheelchair following health decline

Comedian Bastián Paz, known for his success at the 2013 Viña del Mar Festival, has reappeared on social media using a wheelchair. The video of his appearance, alongside the character Caraco Duende, has gained significant viral attention.

Paz has been battling several serious health conditions. According to neurologist Abel Olivares, the comedian is managing histiocytosis X, diabetes insipidus, and cerebellar syndrome, which affects his physical coordination. These health issues reportedly began in childhood following a tumor that impacted his pelvis and ribs. Other reported complications include hyperthyroidism and metabolic disease.
